The Sunday Times: Best Places to Work 2024
We are delighted to share that we have been recognised as a Sunday Times Great Places To Work business! This award matters more than most, because it is based on what the team says about life at Vested. And clearly what they say and think is what matters most, for a happy team means happy clients and a happy and thriving business.
It comes hot on the heels of another growth year and many recent celebrations, from joining the PRWeek Top 150 Consultancies, to an award win for our work with client LinkedIn, and being shortlisted by PRWeek’s judges for both the Best Small Agency to Work For and the agency offering the best rewards and benefits! We’ve also celebrated promotions, new Vesties, client wins, existing client milestones, and stand out work.
In short, it’s been a great few weeks and months that we need to take a moment to pause and celebrate. Taking the time to reflect on how far we have come, rather than our usual state of mind about how far we want to go!
For this award, the team gave us positive feedback across all six pillars of The Sunday Times scoring system – reward and recognition; information sharing; empowerment; wellbeing; instilling pride and job satisfaction. And while we can still see places we can improve (and always will keep working to improve) we are delighted to have hit the right notes for them, and therefore for our clients, wider network and supporters!
