What does a typical day look like?

One of the best parts about working at an integrated marketing and communications firm is that every day will look a little different. You could be pitching media professionals, developing a brand identity, creating content, working on campaign designs, or collaborating with clients on a new strategy. Our Vesties work across multiple teams to provide best-in-class support to our financial services clients, giving you the opportunity to diversify and strengthen your expertise as you grow in your career.

What types of clients does Vested support?

We partner with clients in all verticals within the global financial services industry, including banking, private equity, venture capital, real estate, mortgage, fintech, wealth management, insurance and more. You can review our esteemed client roster as well as client case studies here.

Are there specific departments?

Vested operates as a “flat matrixed” organization to allow for collaboration across all client teams and financial services verticals. This structure gives Vesties the opportunity to learn from senior leaders while mentoring junior team members. It also ensures clients receive seamless, reliable support, with team members working together to cover every need.

What does professional growth look like at Vested and are there opportunities for learning and development?

Professional growth at Vested is intentional and ongoing. Through our in-house learning and development program, VestEd, team members participate in regular training across media, content, digital, AI, and financial services expertise, led by senior leaders and subject matter experts. Additionally, we have access to training to help support growth as a manager and a leader through our VestNext program.

We also conduct comprehensive performance reviews twice a year to provide structured feedback, goal-setting, and clear career pathing. Combined with early exposure to senior clients and cross-functional collaboration, our approach ensures every team member has the support and opportunity to grow.

What is the interview process looking like?

We aim to provide a candidate experience that is both comprehensive and efficient. We know that you are interviewing Vested just as we are interviewing you! Once you speak to a Recruiter, there will be two meetings with the leadership team, followed by a presentation. We keep you updated regularly throughout the interview process and you are always welcome to reach out to the Recruiter directly with any questions.
