Barry Janay is Vested’s go-to for all things legal. He’s a seasoned attorney who has worked in-house and as outside counsel to Fintech and communications companies for fifteen plus years. Whether it is navigating the morass of rules and regulations governing financial firms, negotiating contracts, or avoiding restricted airspace (he’s also a pilot) he has an innate ability to efficiently get legal work done so that the team at Vested can focus on their clients.
